Skai Blue administers customized benefit packages for each self-funded employer group. The benefit summaries available to you through this site outline your medical benefits based upon your current participation with a specific plan. If you have any questions, consult your benefit handbook, e-mail Customer Service or call the toll-free number on your ID card.
If you are no longer a current member of Skai Blue, the benefit summary is a summary of your benefits on the last day covered. Members may check your eligibility and view benefit information through Blueprint Portal.
