Find care
If you are a current BlueAdvantage member, you can continue using your member ID to find care.
If you are a Paychex member, refer to your open enrollment documentation for options to search for in-network providers.
You can also search using the True Blue PPO with BlueCard network. This guest search uses the True Blue PPO network with BlueCard and doesn't factor in select networks or tiers that many members have.
Coverage policy
Current BlueAdvantage members can search using this coverage policy. You can also log in to Blueprint Portal.
Providers can use the BlueAdvantage coverage policy and pre-certification/pre-authorization.
